We do everything we can to ensure you can receive your package as soon as you place your order with us. If you have any special requests, do reach out to us through our live chat and we'll be right with you.

 

International Delivery

At this time, we mainly ship to Singapore, Malaysia & United States addresses.

If you live outside of these countries and would love to purchase something from us, do drop us a message through our live chat or contact form, and we will do our best to make special arrangements for you. Please take note that additional delivery charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

 

Shipping Rates & Time

Shipping is FREE for orders over $200.

For orders below $200, shipping will cost a flat $5.00.

For Standard Shipping to all addresses, it will take 1-2 business days once your order has been processed.

Delivery Restricted Areas

Please take note of the list of restricted zones and areas in Singapore which will cause additional charges for delivery.

Changed Your Mind?

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem. You have 14 days to return your item(s) from the day you receive your online order. As long as the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a no quibble refund.

Please note the following on our refund policy:

  • We’ll refund the payment method that you paid minus a credit card handling fee of 3%. When refunds are processed on our end, your payment provider will retain their 3% in transaction fees. This fee will be borne by the customer to process the refund.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • All items on sale or discount are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (more info here).
  • Returned items must have labels and tags still on and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear.

 

Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Send us a message through our contact form, live chat or email to inform us of your return request.
  2. We will then send you additional information on how to proceed with the return based on the following ways to return.

By post

Online orders can be returned back to us by mail. When we receive the item(s), we will issue you an immediate refund for the product and delivery charge.

For Singapore deliveries, we can prepare a prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email. Then, send all items back to us using the label provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

For international deliveries, please arrange for your own shipping in your country and send all items back that you wish to return. Unfortunately, we will be unable to cover the return postage fees for international deliveries.

 

Exchange

How to exchange your purchase

If you’re returning your purchase by courier or post to exchange, we will offer you a store credit to for your new order.

 

Payment returns

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as you’ve returned your order, and if you return your entire online order from within Singapore, we’ll refund the delivery charge too. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Debit or credit card payment

Our refund will be issued to your original payment card within five days of us receiving the returned item(s). However, some payment providers can take up to 14 days to credit your account. When the return is processed, we’ll send you an email confirming your refund.

International tax, duties, charges and delivery refunds

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside of Singapore, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.
