SingaporeThe small details that brought DELIGHT were - prompt and quick delivery after we were unable to purchase from 4 different Singtel stores - the update from the staff - the packaging and unboxing - the watch was everything we were looking for, for our young son. He is as confident as ever to explore his world and move around freely but we are finally more relaxed and well connected with him at all times :) he's taken the watch for a swim multiple times and even recorded underwater videos. The sound was affected for some time but eventually, the watch recovered (was buried in rice for 1 night) As you can tell we are very happy with our purchase and overall experience.
