Assembling the ErgoTune Supreme V3 is a breeze. The package comes with all the necessary tools and instructions, and it should take no more than 20 minutes to put everything together.
First, we recommend laying out all the parts and checking that everything is included. The package should contain the following:

• Lumbar support
• Armrests (optional)
• Base and casters
• Gas lift cylinder
• Screws and bolts
• Allen wrench
Once everything is accounted for, we can begin assembling the chair. The first step is to attach the casters to the base. We simply need to insert each caster into the base and give it a firm push until it clicks into place.
Next, we attach the gas lift cylinder to the base. We need to align the cylinder with the hole in the centre of the base and push it in until it clicks. Then, we attach the seat to the gas lift cylinder by inserting it into the cylinder and tightening the screw with the Allen wrench.
We can now attach the backrest to the seat by inserting the metal bracket into the slot on the back of the seat and tightening the screws with the Allen wrench. The headrest can be attached to the backrest by inserting it into the slot and tightening the screw with the Allen wrench.
Finally, we can attach the lumbar support and armrests (if included) to the chair. The lumbar support can be inserted into the slot on the backrest, and the armrests can be attached to the seat by inserting them into the holes and tightening the screws with the Allen wrench.
