During warm-up, it helps improve my hip mobility which supports my stride length, increase blood supply for the working muscles and prepares my joints and tendons for the run ahead.
It also greatly reduces DOMS - delayed onset muscle soreness when used after a long run.

Shopping experience: It was great and convenient. The theragun: Was good and did provide relief. But I just don't have enough discipline to use it consistently.

I feel lighter after the 'punching', especially after the intense exercise. I feel deeply relaxed which last for hours or even for a day.

So far it’s been great!

The gun is good. I have no reference compared to other brands. I've heard some other models are more silent. I like its handle design, which helps apply percussion effectively on a broad range of muscles on the body. The app is great. Battery life could be a bit longer. But overall, all good.

It was a bday present for my husband. He loved the theragun and uses it often. The shopping experience was also fantastic, very helpful staff over the phone and at your shop when we went for collection.

The Theragun was a gift for my boyfriend, but everyone - his family, my family, our friends - have benefited from its use! When our friends go over, it's the first thing they grab. I look forward to using it at the end of the week when I'm at his place too!
