Sideways, Ekrin B37 and B37S look nearly identical, with a T-shaped design, ergonomic 15° angled handles, and sleek bodies made of what Ekrin calls "premium soft-touch materials." The most visible difference is their color, with the B37 coming in a vibrant green finish compared to the deep blue color of the B37S.
When you look from the top, however, the differences between the two become more apparent. Ekrin B37S features a Reactive Force Sensor, which illuminates blue to indicate the amount of pressure being applied during your massage, similar to what we typically know as a force meter on massage guns.
Ekrin B37 only features a single button for power and speed, five light indicators to indicate current speed level, and four light indicators for battery level. These are basic controls that are also featured in the B37S.
So, with the additional force meter, the Ekrin B37S offers a more informative control interface compared to the more basic single-button design of the Ekrin B37.

Both massage guns come with locking attachments, which means that the attachments can be twisted clockwise to lock into place and prevent them from falling off or twisting during use.

Despite having the same five built-in speed levels, the speed range of the Ekrin B37 is slightly wider, from 1,400 RPM to 3,200 RPM, compared to the 2,000 RPM to 3,200 RPM range of the Ekrin B37S.
It is also important to note that the 5th speed setting on the B37S is a dynamic mode that alternates between 2400 and 3200 RPM. Known as "Variable Frequency Speed", it offers more convenience as you don't have to manually switch between different speeds.
However, these speed configurations on the B37S focus more on higher intensity levels and do not give many options for lighter intensity. If you want a gentler, more soothing massage, then the B37 is more versatile and accommodating.

Meanwhile, the B37S uses a proprietary wall charging adapter that doesn't support fast charging and can't be replaced with a third-party charger.
