In terms of design, both the Elite 10 and Elite 8 Active have some key differences that set them apart. Firstly, the Elite 8 Active has a fully closed earbud design for a tight and ultra-secure fit. Jabra ShakeGrip technology, coating the earbuds with a liquid silicone rubber, ensures that the earbuds stay in place without the need for ear-wings, even during the most intense workouts.
While the Elite 8 Active focuses on a secure grip, the Elite 10 has more emphasis on comfort. It comes with a semi-open design that puts less pressure on the ear canal compared to a closed design for better comfort, while also letting in some sound for users who prefer to stay aware of their surroundings. With an IP rating of IP68, the Elite 8 Active provides a maximum level of dust and water protection, while the Elite 10 has a lower rating of IP57.

Both earbuds support Dolby Spatial Sound, which delivers a more immersive and realistic audio experience by providing a sense of 3D space and directionality. Despite their battery life differences, both the Elite 10 and Elite 8 Active support fast charging, allowing you to get up to 1 hour of battery life with just 5 minutes of charging.

Both wireless earbuds connect to your mobile devices via Bluetooth, and they feature Bluetooth Multipoint that allows you to connect up to 2 devices at once, so you can seamlessly switch between an online meeting on your laptop to answering a call on your phone, quickly without needing to reconnect.
