The Fitbit Sense 2 and Versa 4 share rather similar hardware component which directly impacts the core feature set it has. They both have a heart rate sensor for heart rate tracking, a red and infrared sensor for blood oxygen saturation monitoring, and a built-in GPS to track your pace and distance.

However, the Fitbit Sense 2 offers a couple more built-in sensors which include a continuous electrodermal activity (cEDA) sensor, multipurpose electrical sensors, and a skin temperature sensor. These sensors come together to provide additional health & wellness analysis such as measuring stress levels, performing ECG, and more.

This is what lets the Fitbit Sense 2 stand out from the Versa 4 as a smartwatch. With its additional tracking features, you’ll always stay on top of how your body feels and be prompted to react when needed to. So, if you’re looking for a more comprehensive health and wellness watch, the Fitbit Sense 2 has to be your pick.

On a full charge, both smartwatches provided you with up to 6 days of battery life, leaving you with nothing to complain about. When compared to the rest of the smartwatch playing field, such a battery life is rather remarkable as you don’t have to charge your watch daily and can now wear it to sleep for its sleep monitoring capabilities.
