1. Price
Logitech C922 vs Logitech C920
The Logitech C920 is priced at US$79, while the C922 Pro will set you back a little more at US$89.
In our opinion, the price difference between the Logitech C922 Pro and Logitech C920 isn't significant enough to be a dealbreaker, although you can save a few dollars going with the Logitech C920.
2. Design & Specs
Logitech C922 vs Logitech C920
The exterior profile of the Logitech C922 Pro and Logitech C920 is essentially similar when viewed side-by-side. They have the same length and height and only differ slightly in an appearance on the front face.
Both webcams have an indicator light that turns on when the camera is recording. The key difference in design between them is that the C920 has a privacy shutter, while the C922 Pro does not. The built-in privacy shutter in the C920 covers the lens and provides added privacy when needed.
3. Features
Logitech C922 vs Logitech C920
When comparing the features of the Logitech C922 and the Logitech C920, there are a few key similarities and differences to keep in mind.
Both webcams feature enhanced autofocus and improved low-light correction. They have a 78-degree field of view and can record at a maximum resolution of 1080p and 30fps. The C922, however, can also stream and record at 60fps but at a lower resolution of 720p. This feature might be attractive to users who need a higher frame rate and are willing to sacrifice a bit on resolution.
The Logitech C922 offers another feature not available in the C920: a background removal tool that allows users to replace their background in real time during video calls or streams. To enable this feature in the C922, you will still have to use third-party software. However, the additional optionality is definitely a plus.

Final Thoughts
Ultimately, it depends on your specific needs and priorities when it comes to choosing between these two Logitech webcams. For basic features of a webcam, they don’t really differ that much between them.
The main dealbreakers to consider are the privacy shutter in the C920 or the 60fps capability in the C922.
