Design & Display
Tineco Pure One S11
Despite both being cordless stick vacuums, the Tineco S11 and Dyson V11 have fundamental design differences. With an in-line configuration, the Dyson V11 has its motor, bin, and cyclones all aligned in a straight line.
This results in a more balanced design and better weight distribution during use as compared to the Tineco S11's more conventional configuration with the motor and bin positioned perpendicularly.
Dyson V11 also has an advantage with its larger bin capacity, measuring 0.77 L compared to the Tineco S11's 0.6 L bin. A larger bin allows you to vacuum for longer periods without having to empty it as frequently.
However, the Tineco Pure One S11 features a more informative LED display with a dust monitoring loop, which glows red to indicate a dirty area and blue when the area is clean. Meanwhile, the Dyson V11 has a simpler LCD screen that shows the remaining runtime, selected mode, and maintenance alerts.
When it comes to the cleaner head, each vacuum has its own advantage. Tineco S11 features LED headlights on its cleaner head, which can illuminate dark spaces for better visibility during cleaning.
Instead of LED headlights, the Dyson V11 features de-tangling vanes on its Motorbar cleaner head, allowing it to better handle and remove pet hair. This makes the Dyson V11 more suitable for homes with pets.
Features
Dyson V11
Tineco S11 offers 2 cleaning modes — Auto and Max — while the Dyson V11 has 3 cleaning modes — Eco, Auto/Medium, and Boost.
Eco mode, which is exclusively offered by the Dyson V11, focuses on maximizing runtime while reducing suction power for lighter cleaning tasks.
Max and Boost on both vacuums are similar in that they provide the highest suction power for more intensive cleaning. However, the Dyson V11 is more powerful with a maximum suction power of 185 air watts compared to the Tineco S11's 130 watts.
Auto mode on the Tineco S11 uses the integrated iLoop sensor to automatically adjust the suction power based on the detected dirt level, while Auto mode on the Dyson V11 uses Dynamic Load Sensor (DLS) to adjust suction based on the detected floor type, whether hard floor or carpet.
However, unlike the iLoop sensor, DLS is not built into the Dyson V11 but rather integrated into the High Torque Cleaner Head, which is only included in some variants or may require a separate purchase.
Tineco Pure One S11
Without the High Torque Cleaner Head, the Dyson V11 will not have the automatic suction adjustment feature and will replace the Auto Mode with Medium mode, which provides a fixed suction power level that balances runtime and performance. This is one area that the V11 is losing to the Tineco S11.
Tineco S11 is also smarter with Tineco app connectivity, offering additional features such as smartphone control, real-time cleaning performance, cleaning reports, maintenance reminders, and more. Dyson V11 also offers the MyDyson app as a companion app, but the vacuum doesn't connect to the app and thus lacks the same level of smart features as the Tineco S11.
Despite these limitations, Dyson V11 has a more advanced 5-stage filtration system with 14 cyclones, capturing 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. In comparison, the Tineco S11 only offers 4-stage filtration.
Battery
Tineco Pure One S11
Tineco S11 has a shorter runtime of 40 minutes in Auto Mode or 10 minutes in Max mode, but its 2500mAh Li-ion battery is detachable so you can keep an extra battery on hand for extended cleaning sessions.
Dyson V11 allows for a longer runtime of up to 60 minutes in Eco mode. However, only some variants have a removable click-in battery like the Tineco S11, while others have a screw-in battery that cannot be replaced for extended runtime.

Final Thoughts
Dyson V11
The Tineco S11 and Dyson V11 are both impressive cordless stick vacuums, but they each have their own unique strengths and weaknesses.
While the Dyson V11 boasts a more powerful suction, a more advanced filtration system, and a longer runtime, the Tineco S11 offers smarter cleaning features like the iLoop sensor, LED screen with dust monitoring loop, and app connectivity.
