Aqara H1 Smart Wall Switch has a thinner rocker that will provide tactile feedback like clicking a mouse when you press it. Aqara D1 Smart Wall Switch on the other hand has a thicker rocker that will get pressed down when you push it, giving a more traditional tactile feel.
Both Aqara smart switch models also have different LED indicator positions. Aqara H1 Smart Wall Switch has its LED in the middle of each rocker, while the LED of the Aqara D1 Smart Wall Switch is positioned in the middle of the switch's body. This difference doesn't seem to be a major consideration factor.
What you might find more important is perhaps the material used for the switch. Aqara H1 has a metal frame for better build and durability, while Aqara D1 is all made of plastic.
